Refund and Returns
I want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork. You can therefore arrange a return with me up to 30 days after receipt.
Please e-mail me with the
- order number
- invoice number or
- the title of the artwork
What if I don't like the painting?
If a painting does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to contact me by email to arrange a refund. I ask you to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the painting arrives in the same perfect condition as it arrived. It is best to use the packaging provided and protect the painting carefully.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Once the painting has reached me safely and undamaged, I will refund your payment within 14 days.
What happens if my painting arrives damaged?
All works are carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. Photographs of both the damaged packaging and the damaged goods will help me to document the damage to the transport company.
Once you have contacted me, I will process your case. Please do not return the painting until I send you a message about it. I will pay the shipping costs for the return of damaged goods.
Please note: Prints are made to order and are therefore not eligible for exchange.
If a print arrives faulty or damaged, you will receive a replacement free of charge and with no additional shipping costs. Alternatively, you may request a refund.
