Environmental protection organizations

I love to travel and learn about different cultures, to experience and connect with nature. I feel that this is a precious gift that needs to be protected and preserved, not only for my children, but for all generations to come. That is why I create environmental art and donate a portion of the profits to selected organizations that work to preserve our environment and biodiversity. Here I would like to introduce you to the organizations I am most passionate about.

CARE

CARE is a global humanitarian organization that helps people in need regardless of politics, worldview or origin, and is committed to climate protection.

NATURE AND CULTURE INTERNATIONAL

Nature and Culture International is a non-profit organization that has been working since 1996 to conserve natural areas and the species that live in them in Latin America, working with local communities and governments.

WORLD WIDE FUND (WWF)

WWF is a global environmental protection organization that works to protect nature and the environment, endangered species and biodiversity, forests, oceans and coasts, rivers and lakes, and climate protection.

Care

Upcoming Heat

Care was founded in 1945 in the United States to provide food and other supplies to people in post-war Europe - the famous Care Packages. Today, the organization works in 100 countries around the world, helping people in need regardless of their politics, beliefs or background.

One of CARE's main focuses is the climate crisis. Through targeted reforestation, the introduction of alternative farming methods and regenerative technologies for energy and water production, CARE is doing all it can to protect the resources that are still available. CARE also implements projects, primarily in poorer countries, that help people strengthen themselves against the effects of climate change and make them more resilient. They are involved in practical, political and educational work.

I want to contribute my part to this important work. I can do this best with my painting. The painting "Upcoming Heat" is about the consequences of global warming. If it is sold, I will donate 15% of the proceeds to CARE.

Nature and Culture Internation

Forest, fading...

Nature and Culture International is a conservation organization working in Latin America. They create large protected areas to help nature thrive and support the people who depend on it. In the face of climate change and other threats, their stated goal is to conserve nature and the species that live in it, in partnership with local cultures.

Since 1996, they have protected 22 million hectares of threatened ecosystems. This has only been possible by working with local and indigenous communities, as well as national and local governments. Their respect for the people who live in these places and their ability to find solutions that come from the people on the ground ensure that conservation programs are created that work over the long term.

The Amazon region, where Nature and Culture International works, is one of the most biodiverse regions in the world. I would like to contribute to its protection with my paintings. When a painting is sold, I donate 15% of the proceeds to Nature and Culture International.

WWF

1,5° | Where should we go from here?

The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is one of the largest and most important environmental organizations in the world. Its mission is to stop the destruction of nature and the environment and to bring people and nature into harmony. In doing so, they always act according to their values: respect, honesty, responsibility, cooperation and determination.

In numerous projects around the world, WWF works to protect animal species and conserve biodiversity, to conserve forests, oceans, rivers and lakes, and to protect the climate. It is also committed to implementing the Paris Climate Agreement to ensure a sustainable future.

It is important to me to contribute to the protection of nature and biodiversity and to draw attention to this important issue. With the sale of these two paintings, I donate 15% of the profit to the WWF.
