How your new artwork reaches you depends on whether you bought original art or art prints.

Original Art

The original art is created in my studio and is also carefully packed and shipped from there by myself.

I make sure that the packaging material I use is as sustainable as possible and as safe as necessary.

As far as possible, I send art on paper in a flat, sturdy cardboard box. Artwork larger than DIN A3 (30x40cm) will be sent in a sturdy roll.

Delivery is by Deutsche Post or DHL

Art Prints

I will forward your order to my production partner. It will be carefully made for you, according to my specifications, and sent directly to you.

My production partner has the best, high-resolution equipment and is a master of their trade. Therefore, you can be sure that your new art print will reach you in the highest quality.

Shipping Time

We will send Your new painting 1-2 days after your order. This also applies to art prints that are specially made for you. The shipping time within Germany is an additional 2-5 working days, to other European countries 2-15 working days and non-European countries 5-21 working days.
This results in the following delivery times:

Germany: 3-7 Business days
EU: 3-17 Business days
Worldwide: 7-23 Business days

Please bear in mind that I have no influence on the transit times of the parcel services.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the delivery company, you will receive a shipping confirmation. There you will find a link with a tracking number (ID) that you can use to track your order.

Is your delivery damaged?

Please report obvious transport damage directly to the delivery company and contact me as soon as possible. However, there are no consequences for your legal rights as a consumer if you do not report the damage immediately.

Packaging

Packaging is subject to producer responsibility in Germany.
As an artist, I am also obliged to ensure that my packaging is taken back and recycled. To protect our environment and to ensure compliance with the legal obligations according to § 6 of the German Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV), I work with the take-back system of the Reclay Group (Registration number: DE2736585358199).
